Our refund and returns policy lasts till Delivery Person leave your location. If delivery person left from your location, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to our address that you can find on our website.
To return your product, you should inform about your product first then our shipping partner will pick up it up from location.
Company(we) will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.
